The price does not include the local city tax of €1.00 / person / night.
The hotel reserves the right to adjust the price when the last available rooms are being sold. The price applies per adult for the stay, based on two people sharing a double room or three paying guests sharing a triple room.

Late check-out is available upon prior consultation with the hotel reception and is subject to current occupancy. Fees:
- each commenced hour – €10.00 / room
- after 2:00 PM, the full room rate will be charged
Cancellation policy:
- 30–21 days before arrival – 40% of the deposit,
- 20–14 days before arrival – 60% of the deposit,
- 13–7 days before arrival – 80% of the deposit,
- 6–1 day before arrival – 90% of the deposit,
- on the day of arrival – 100% of the deposit.
Payment terms:
The deposit is 50% of the total stay price.
